Grant Request for Teachers

Welcome! Thank you for your continued passion to help your students win early literacy!

As a teacher, you’re with your students each day and you see first-hand what they may be missing to help them win early
literacy. We know the struggle teachers face to get much-needed funding for
supplemental resources. It’s our aim to help you and your students get funding for adding the effective tools you need for increasing engagement and improving literacy scores!

Win Early Literacy was founded to help connect compassionate donors with teachers who need to break through the common barrier of funding.

Need more information about our EarlyEd partners?

Win Early Literacy cannot make grants to individuals — only to other 501 (c)(3) organizations or to a public school district or a private or public elementary and secondary school as listed by the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).


Commitments and Obligations of Grantee

I understand and agree to the following commitments and obligations:

1. I have permission from my Principal (or appropriate admin) to implement this supplemental curriculum.
2. I will provide my signature along with my Assistant Principal’s or Principal’s signature as a commitment to our obligations if awarded this grant. (Form will be provided if approved.)
3. I will make myself (and a para-pro if required) available for the virtual training and coaching we will receive.
4. I will follow the Zoo Keeper ABC Boot Camp and Zoo Keeper Lesson Plans supplemental curriculum as prescribed in the provided training.
5. I will use the provided ESGI assessment software to provide 60 days of student progress reports including baseline, 30-day and 60-day reports for the agreed upon ELA skills. (e.g. upper/lowercase letter recognition, letter sounds, CVC Words, etc)
6. I will provide answers to a short question and answer survey at the completion of the 60-Day assessment period.
7. I will provide a headshot of myself and also photos of the program being used in my classroom to be used in a case study.
8. I understand that completing this grant request in no way guarantees that funds will be awarded for my classroom.
